In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a refund is not applicable where a contract can still be fulfilled, and the services purchased continue to be available at an alternative location. UK Consumer law focuses on whether the contract can still be performed which it can be, not whether it is or isnt more convenient than before. However we appreciate that traveling to ongar for a sunbed may not be convinent for everyone so where preferred, unused courses may also be converted into gift vouchers, which can be used towards a beauty treatment of your choice at our other premises.
